The price includes apartment rental per night, linen, towels, heating, electricity, internet connection, parking lot, storage area, terrace with grill, walking sticks, bycycles, children’s playground and an unforgettable experience.

Check-in and check-out
The arrivals (check – in) are after 14.00, the departures (check – out) by 11.00 (or per agreement).
Less than three nights
In the case of less than three nights’ stay, an additional 20% per night need to be paid.
Child’s bed
Upon request we can provide a child’s bed (free of charge).

Tourist tax
The tourist tax, which is 2,00 EUR/day for adults and 1,00 EUR/day for children from 7 to 18 years, is not included in price. Children under 7 years of age do not pay tourist tax.
Cleaning fee that needs to be paid on the spot
